My research focuses on harnessing the power of beneficial microorganisms to drive sustainable and resilient agricultural systems. I specialize in the development and application of biofertilizers and growth-promoting microorganisms to enhance soil fertility, nutrient use efficiency, and crop productivity. A key area of my work involves designing efficient microbial consortia for integrated soil health management, ensuring synergistic interactions that improve plant growth and soil biological activity. I am actively engaged in developing microbial consortia integrated with biocontrol agents for effective and eco-friendly disease management in cereals and pulses, reducing dependence on chemical inputs. My research also extends to innovative waste management strategies using microbial consortia for rapid decomposition and resource recycling, contributing to circular agriculture. In addition, I work on spawn production and mushroom cultivation, focusing on quality spawn, optimized production techniques, and capacity building for scalable enterprise development. My approach combines scientific innovation with field-level application, aiming to deliver cost-effective, farmer-friendly, and environmentally sustainable solutions that strengthen soil health, crop resilience, and rural livelihoods.
