My research expertise lies in Agronomy with specialization in crop production systems, resource management, and sustainable intensification of field crops. During my M.Sc. (Agri.), my research focused on fodder maize for dual-purpose fodder and seed production, and during my Ph.D., I worked on bioethanol production from sweet sorghum, emphasizing renewable energy and crop utilization efficiency. At present, my research interests include weed management, irrigation scheduling, and integrated nutrient management in field crops to enhance productivity and resource-use efficiency under diverse agro-ecological conditions. I have contributed as a collaborator and co-developer in the development of 14 agricultural technologies and have been involved in nearly 40–50 additional technologies as a contributor. I am also a member associated with one patent development activity. My scholarly output includes approximately 40–50 full-length research papers published in NAAS-rated peer-reviewed journals, reflecting my consistent engagement in research and academic dissemination. My work primarily focuses on developing sustainable, practical, and farmer-oriented agronomic solutions.
