My research interests focus on insect pest management and insect ecology and behaviour, with an emphasis on understanding insect–plant and insect–insect interactions that influence pest dynamics. I have expertise in studying life table parameters, population dynamics, and fitness costs in relation to pest control strategies, which contribute to a deeper understanding of pest adaptation and survival mechanisms. Special attention is given to reducing reliance on chemical pesticides through the promotion of eco-friendly approaches and conservation of natural enemies. Through research, efforts are directed toward improving crop productivity, supporting farmers with scientific pest management solutions, and promoting sustainable agriculture.
